Project Erasmus+ „Modernization, internationalization, improvement of vocational education and increase of students´ professional applicability through the implementation of practical mobilities“ is realized as a practical scholarship within the action KA1 for groups studying VET. The main goal of the project is to improve the professional education, to gain practical experience, knowledge and skills in a working and educational environment of co-operating organizations and the recognition of acquired knowledge and the results of the education in the participants´ qualificational profile in accordance to the school´s educational programme. By fulfilling the main goal, we achieve a better professional versatility of the participants – of the students SOŠ Šaľa. Other goals of the planned Erasmus+ project are: 1) The application of ECVET methodology in the system of preparation, monitoring and evaluation of practical scholarships, validation and evaluation of the sholarship´s results, 2) Certification of the attended scholarships by the means of internationally recognized certification system Europass, 3) To improve the participants´ languge competence, their adaptation in different cultural and social environment, 4) To strengthen the already existing contacts and to find new contacts by co-operating with the partner organizations within the European Union, 5) Modernization and improvement of the educational process of the sending organization, by the means of integration of the gained experience and knowledge into the curriculum of the vocational subjects – innovation of the school´s educational programme. The participants of the planned project Erasmus+ will be students of SOŠ Šaľa, their planned deployment into the co-operating organization is the following: 1)Scholarships for the branches gastronomy and hairdresser´s services: IT: Associazione Artistica Culturale "A Rocca" – the planned number of the participants is 6, two students of the branch cook, two students of the branch waiter/waitress, one student of the branch hairdresser, one student of the branch business in crafts and services. The supposed term: September 2014 for 4 weeks in one batch. 2)Scholarships for the equestrian branches – vocational branch of breeder oriented to horse breeding and riding, study branch of business in agriculture oriented to horse breeding and riding: IRL: RACING ACADEMY & CENTRE OF EDUCATION, Kildare - the planned number of the participants is 6, the supposed term: March 2015 for 4 weeks in one batch. HU: Pettkó-Szandtner Tibor, Lovaskollégium és Szakiskola, Bábolna - the planned number of the participants is 3, the supposed term: October 2014 for 3 weeks in one batch. CZE: Střední škola dostihového sportu a jezdectví, Praha – Velká Chuchle - the planned number of the participants is 3, the supposed term: April 2015 for 4 weeks in one batch. CZE: Střední škola chovu koní a jezde - the planned number of the participants is 3, the supposed term: October 2014 for 3 weeks in one batch. Within each batch one accompanying person will coordinate the scholarship in conjunction with the hosting organization. The activities planned within the mobility are described in details in part G of the project. The used methodology within the project Erasmus+: 1) The application of the European credit system for vocational education (ECVET) is directed towards supporting scholarships for individuals in vocational education, and towards evaluation, transfer and validation of educational results by the means of ECVET methodology, which are gained during the education at the hosting organizations, it supports the direction towards the transparency of qualification, mutual reliance and co-operation among providers of vocational education in Europe. 2) Certification and description of scholarships by the means of the document Europass. Expected results and impact of the project: Fulfilling the aims of the project will be these results: achieving the planned educational outputs of practical scholarships, their validation and verification by the means of ECVET methodology and certification Europass mobility. By the above mentioned aims we achive an improvement in the participants´ knowledge, potencial and employment. The participants get to know the traditions and culture of co-operating countries, get new contacts which they can use in their future education and work. The gained professional, language, personal, communication and intercultural skills, the gained personal and work contacts support the participants´ integration on the local, regional, national and international labour market. Among the long-term benefits of the project belong the development of successful co-operation and establishment of new contacts with the partner organizations, which could mean the unification of the standards of vocational education and the results of education, that could be recognized by the future employers in the European union.
