We would like to improve the quality of teaching. TTo reach this aim we see a chance in the use of modern technology in the classroom and we would like to gain experience in modern teaching methods. This could also be helpful for our work with teachers in training. Often they are in advance because of their studies and that's why we would like to improve our skills to help them with their teaching. We also would like to improve the work with the mixed ability groups, these groups are especially in the foreign language lessons a special challenge. Our English teacher should get the chance to refresh her language skills and to keep up with language development. We would like to send a teacher to-Great Britain to take part in a course. She teaches English in Mixed Ability Classes, is responsible for the teachers in training who come to our school and she is the vice principle of the school. In theses functions she has the chance to share the gained knowledge with a large group of people like other teachers and teachers in training.
