The participants will be assigned to the following roles: the Presidency of the Parliament and the Council of the EU, Members of the European Parliament, Ministers of the Council of the EU, journalists and lobbyists. The project will contribute to a better understanding of the functioning of the European Union (lobbying, coalition building, the role of the media and others.). Furthemore, it will result in improved negotiation skills of the participants, as well as an increased interest in and capacity for political engagement in the democratic process of the EU. In addition, young people will be able to influence decision-making by making concrete political and legal solutions to European problems. Overall results of the conference will be brought together in MEUZ 2016 Review Booklet's, which will contain all materials produced for the conference. Also, the organizing team will organize a follow up event in cooperation with the European Commission Representation in Croatia.
