MOBISCIENCES project is supported by French educational associations gathered under the name of CIRASTI whose goals are to organize youth events called Exposciences or Youth Science Fair. These events aim at presenting scientific, technical or environmental projects that youngs of all ages have developped in school time or leisure time. On stands, these young people animate and share knowledge to a wider audience. Organized world widely, the Exposciences global movement offer young big international mobility opportunities, while on the ability to grasp ... However, despite the large audience of these events, they are rarely successful in genuine international cooperation between youngs or among youth organizations. MOBISCIENCES aims to set an example for young people, their supervisors and relevant organizations. It tends to model a cooperative mode that uses the double support of scientific and technical activity and the digital collaborative activity to promote the achievement of young people, their understanding of the world, increasing their cross and technical skills and their collective empowerment. By associating more closely longtime partner (Milset Europe Youth Science Belgium AMAVET Slovakia Astusciences Auvergne, CIRASTI Midi-Pyrénées), benefiting from a favorable events calendar and frame proposed by the "Science Photography World contest" MILSET, MOBISCIENCES will synergize youth aged 13 to 25 years from the French, Belgian, Slovakian Exposciences for them to meet and create a project together they will collectively present at the International Science Fair to be held in July 2015 in Brussels, which is expecting to host 1200 young participants from 67 countries. The program includes three phases over seven months: . a meeting in Toulouse, France, from 9 to 15 May 2015, 36 young people from 13 to 16 years, focused on the exploration of scientific technical or industrial venues and putting them into digital images . a meeting in Montlucon, France from 3 to 7 June 2015, 24 young people from 17 to 25 years, focusing on the production of new images . a second meeting in Brussels, Belgium from July 19 to 25th 2015 for the 60 young people already involved, focusing on the public presentation of their production for dissemination. This path and its result are capitalized step by step through the web-application "Exposciences numérique", educational tool newly developed by CIRASTI, enabling young people to work remotely, and over time, and virtually prepare the presentation of their carrying on a stand Exposciences. The deployment of this tool at the European level and its adoption by the members of the global network of MILSET is a favorable strategy so that new opportunities for cooperation between young people will be spread and stimulate their international mobility based on the practice of scientific and technical leisure. Disseminated widely among institutions at an international level, the project and its evaluation are intended to stimulate a wider interest to be continued and enriched by new and more partners for the benefit of a larger number of young people.
