Project entitled "Mobile student in Europe" is devoted to students from schools run by the Assotiation in Kielce and the whole region. The partner in the project is SIstema Practices s.l. ESMOVIA from Spain. The project responds to the needs diagnosed in the European Organization Development Plan. The aims of the projects are: - supporting students in gaining new competences, which will positively influence on the personal development - enhance students' position on future work market - improving knowledge and understanding of other cultures (students will make and develop new friendships, so they reinforce a sense of European identity) - improving language skills (breaking barrieres in communication) - increasing the attractiveness of our schools The project will be provided for 30 students, who in two groups will go for 3-weeks practices in Valencia. One teacher will go with every group. As a result of participation in the project, students: - Acquire new practical skills related to the performance of the learned professions, and will receive a confirmation of the acquisition of new skills (Europass Mobility, Certificate) - Strengthen language skills in English and the basic of Spain - Learn a new culture - Strengthen the faith in their own abilities - Learn about the working conditions in another country and the common European market With respect to the offer school - the project will affect the attractiveness of vocational education. In the long term, acquired new skills will contribute to the empowerment of students' future labor market mobility to which participants will enter in the next years. Dissemination of project results in a positive image of schools educating professionals and helps to increase the interest in these schools present students of secondary schools. Partners will gain new experiences in the implementation of mobility projects and strengthen cooperation between institutions operating in the European market.
