The promotor of the project is Bytów ZSE-U school.The realization is planned for 2017-2018.Our intermediate partners are the Centre of Vocational Training in Schmalkalden,Germany and Tellus Group in Plymouth,England.The receiving organizations will be the leading enterprises in which 50 students will have a 4-week internship in May 2017 and in May 2018.The third-grade students will be having work placements in specialised enterprises in Thuringia in Germany and in exclusive hotels and tourist centres in Hampshire County in England.Moreover, 16 of our graduates will have a 3-month internship from June to August 2017 and 2018.The graduates will have their apprenticeship in the same places as the third-grades.In addition, our intermediate partner is Vitalis Betreuungsgesellschaft für Modellprojekte mbH -Saxony organising a week job shadowing placement for 8 vocational teachers in May 2017 and in May 2018:the one for hotel and catering department teachers-in S.Eger CKZ enterprise, the second for economy and logistics teachers in CSP „ZAGWmbH” in Leipzig. This project meets the needs for modern vocational training,aimed at preparing students effectively for their future life and work through dual and modularity educational system.The direct results are the needs of the school students and the local job market which is suffering from high unemployment(17,6%).Young people, including women,especially those who come from socially and materially neglected rural beckgrounds,have limited opportunities for development,further education and realisation of interesting business plans.Their participation in this project will be an important stage in their real-life process of personal and professional development as it will permanently integrate them with domestic and European job market and will raise their self-esteem as well as a sense of professionalism.The objectives of this project are:1.Improvement of school quality and its dimension through international cooperation and integration 2. Counteracting the unemployment among young people,especially women,as well as social exclusion among graduates from vocational schools3.Promotion of employees' mobility on a European job market 4.Enhancement of students' and graduates' competences,both personal and social ones through teaching resourcefulness and creativity,mobility and universal personal and cultural development5.Gaining practical experience and professional knowledge by the students according to the highest standards of business know-how in providing services in trade,catering, tourism, hotel industry in countries of western Europe6.Improvement of quality and position of professional training through developing real competences of students7.Adjusting professional qualifications of the trainees to the needs of job market8.Stimulation of connection between professional training and employment9.Implementing innovative educational solutions to upgrade students' professional qualifications10.Training and improving students' practical language skills which leads the young people to become multilingual.The school and its partners have appropriate staff resources as well as vast experience gained through doing numerous exchange projects, what gives a full guarantee to fulfill the above objectives and predicted results,i .e. 66 work placements, 16 job shadowing placements, certificates and Europass documents confirming formal qualifications.The domestic qualification will be unified with the European ones.Rational actions at the stage of planning,realisation and evaluation of the project give a quarantee that all Erasmus+ partners will contribute in expected results. Taking part in the project will lead to increase participants' key competences and practical skills.There will be implementation of good examples from countries with the best governance and efficiency to local businesses.The participants will gain skills of using knowledge in new situations,integrating technology with training and self-development,what is an optimal way of creative actions in professional and social life of young people. Thanks to gained language skills,the internship will empower the position of beneficiaries on a real job market.Participating in another edition of work placements abroad will bring long-term effects by consolidating the position of the school as a successful school,which takes chalenges because it takes care of the level of education and professional preparation of its students and tachers alike.The scope of cooperation between the vocational school and foreign enterprises will increase,which will influence the development of the school.Vocational education will gain new quality and will become trendy among middle school students.The project will be an impulse to economic development.It is important for local eemployers to take part in elaboration of the programme of the work experience and now they are looking forward to the effects of the project.
