The project "Transnational mobility as opportunity for students of the Medical School in Kedzierzyn-Kozle in the labor market " will be implemented during the period 01-06-2016 - 31.12.2017 r. Vocations to be involved:- Techniques the masseur- pharmacy technician- medical caretakerThey will participate in internships abroad prepared and conducted by foreign partners: GEB in Berlin (Germany), InternEurope in Belfast (United Kingdom) and YouNet in Bologna (Italy).The main objective of the project is to equip students with the opportunity to acquire new skills as a result of mobility abroad. Increase their employability through skills as cooperation and skilful move on the international market will lead to an increase in training.Specific objectives adopted for this project are:a) to increase practical work experience (in the direction of education)b) to raise the knowledge of best practices and techniques for working in the profession, operating in foreign companies and institutions.c) to increase language skills (English, customer service overseas and cooperation in international team)d) to increase intercultural competence (in particular the cooperation in a team and maintaining relations in the workplace)e) to increase independence and mobility (openness to new environment, ability to function under different conditions)f) to develop entrepreneurship and creativity (including learning of services markets in the host countries)The project involves the preparation, implementation and evaluation of internships. Provided meeting on the skills gained from mobility and planning further professional development.The project aims to support the training of professionals in different occupations in the medical industry. It will let them gain new skills and experience in solutions used abroad, which can be useful for regional labor market and used in the activities of local businesses and institutions.
