Mobilni w Europie - mobilni na lokalnym rynku pracy.

During the mobility project, 40 students will go to Italy in order to do the internships. The participants of the project will be the students of the Agricultural School named W. Witos in 0stroda, from third classes of the technical professions -gardeners (12 people), agribusiness (8 people) and techniques, nutrition and catering services (20 people).Since 2012. ZSR itself as the beneficiary has become an applicant projects, which include the needs resulting from the school's specifics -specializations of school education, origin students' expectations of regional employers and the labor market.The main objective of the project is to increase practical skills and mobility of participants, to increase their potential attractiveness to the labor market, to acquire additional skills impossible to gain in the country, raising the level of key competencies and skills in particular with regard to their suitability for the labor market, supporting the creation of a European area learning throughout life, improving the learning of foreign languages, using modern information technologies, cooperation between environmental education and training and working environment and to expand the international dimension of education and training. The project will give the chance to equal access and inclusion students coming from disadvantaged environments with obstacles to economic and geographic, will contribute to increasing their mobility.Participants will take the internships in companies selected by the partner, which take into account the professional profile of the students and also the expectations of students (expectations based on the survey, the conclusions of which the applicant provides partner) and contribute to the realization of internships at the highest level. The partner's in the project is the Italian Azzurra Societa Cooperativa Sociale having many years of experience in projects LDV, Erasmus, Human Capital in the various areas of professional, language courses, training - for students and adults. It provides innovative teaching methods and cooperation with the best employers. The project's participants will be divided into 2 groups: group I -20 students (gardener techniques and techniques agribusiness) to Italy August 2016.-Group II- 20 students (feeding techniques, includ catering) to Italy in October 2016.During the apprenticeship assumes implementation of the following specific objectives:-increase level of competence and professional skills -increase learning mobility and suitability for the domestic and European labor market-promote participation in democratic life in Europe,-develope entrepreneurial attitudes, awareness multicultural and linguistic diversity of the EU-comparison the theoretical knowledge with practice-excellent practical skills and innovative multimedia and computer-understand how viticulture -learn new trends in catering services-improving language skillsExpected outcomes of the project are:-better academic performance of participants internships-achieve new professional skills and increase employability-increase self-esteem of participants internships-increase the motivation for further education also in the EU-certiifkates,-attesting the degree of completion of the language course-multimedia presentations, industry's brochures, a certificate of completion of training workshops-conference of the summing up the project-training meetings with students-document of Europas MobilityCauses the project and potential benefits-internationalization of the school and its partners-further cooperation between partners-modern ways to gain professional experience-potencial competent employees in the labor market-increase level of teaching in the school and the quality of practice
