The project “ Mobile on the European Work Market “ is addressed to students of the Centre of Constant Economics Teaching who want to become logistics, administrative and accountancy computer sciences. The participants of the project are 45 young students. Most of them come from pathological families which have very low incomes ( families with many children, unemployed or single parent families ). Our students very often suffer from inferiority complex, have psychological problems referring to a huge need for support and acceptance from the closest persons in all their undertakings. The project is supposed to help them overcome all the barriers which have their roots in lack of self-acceptance, creativity, operational skills and family support. It should help them in finding a job both in Poland and abroad. Certificates will enable them to have a better start on a competitive market. The aims of the project: acquiring professional experience in logistics, administration and accountancy on the German market acquiring specialized theoretical and practical knowledge on the European market acquiring knowledge in the field of rational economy developing foreign language skills ( more than one language ) obtaining European documents certifying their professional competences as well as ability of using TIK technologies opening themselves to other cultures Our students are divided into three groups. They are members of our secondary comprehensive school for adults as well as participants of professional qualifications courses preparing them for jobs of administration and logistics technicians ( a novelty in the Polish educational system introduced after the reform of vocational education in 2012 ). This group of students is especially important for us because of their difficult social situation. The other group which will participate in the project are students of post secondary schools learning to become accountancy technicians. They are students who graduated secondary grammar schools but did not sit for the final exams. As these groups are multi-vocational, the programme of trainings, organized by the German company VITALIS, is essentially compatible with the national syllabus concerning the above mentioned jobs. Each programme is supposed to realize the tasks which are necessary in the educational process for the given vocation. The programmes prepared in cooperation with the German partner are: 1. for the logistics technicians - “ European Level of Logisic Services in a German Company” 2. for the administration technicians - “ European Standards in Customer Service in Public Administration “ 3. for the accountancy technicians - “ European Regulations in Running an Accountancy Office”. The expected results as well as the so called added value of the project is suspected in the achieved professional skills, experiences as well as in raised self-assessment of the participants of the project what may bring good results in the future as well as easier self-discovery on the job market.
