Date du début: 1 nov. 2014, Date de fin: 31 oct. 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project is a proposal from an italian mobility Consortium, which involves partners (VET secondary level schools, VET tertiary level organisations, enterprises) caming from Emilia Romagna region and which unsigned a network agreement to build the VET Hub named "POLO TECNICO-PROFESSIONALE PER LA FILIERA MECCANICA FORNOVO DI TARO (PR)", that is a permanent system of sharing resources to organize learning sector-specific activities for mechanical-automotive (especially motor sport). These partners recognise mobility activities in VET for staff and learners in Erasmus + as perfect progression and enhancement of their network agenda, already oriented to answer to the technical competences' needs of the labour market. Aims of the projects are provision, implementation and follow up of these main mobility activities: - Staff mobility of VET schools (24 partecipants staying abroad over 7 days) for a training period in VET organisations and/or enterprises (work place, job shadowing, observation), aiming to their professional development towards work-based learning's planning, in order to assess the specific learning power inside the work place, to direct this power for learners' professional qualification and to certify learning results linked to professional standards (particularly Emilia Romagna Region's Qualification System), also to recognize and to transfer credits applying national/european systems (ECVET); - Learners' mobility of students coming from sending VET schools (48 partecipants and 6 partecipants with special needs in addiction, staying abroad over 35 days,) for traineeships in VET organisations and placement in enterprises belonging to mechanical-automotive sector (especially motor sport), with the aim to develop task-related skills and competencies in mechanical design and production and other linguistic (technical english or language of the country) and/or intercultural skills and competencies, needed for their legitimate peripheral partecipation to communities of practice inside the workplace and also generally needed for their cultural european citizenship; - Recent graduates' mobility within 1 year of their coming out from sending VET schools (24 partecipants staying abroad over 63 days), for traineeships in enterprises belonging to mechanical-automotive sector (especially motor sport) or in other relevant VET organisations, with the aim to develop task-related skills and competencies in mechanical design and production and other linguistic (technical english or language of the country) and/or intercultural skills and competencies, needed for their working and organisational socialisation and also generally needed for their cultural european citizenship. At the end of the project, expected impacts on these target groups are: a) professional development of Staff towards structured implementation of mobility and work-based learning activity into pedagogical framework to achieve secondary or tertiary level VET qualifications; b) learners' first working socialisation to international communities of practice by which mechanical-automotive sector (especially motor sport) is characterized and development by learners of specific linguistic and intercultural skills needed for european citizenship. For the organisations involved in the project, expected longterm impacts are the promotion (and their active partecipation) of a VET and continuos training system in Europe, strictly connected with international mechanical-automotive sector (especially motor sport).
