TERMINÉ
Given the actual situation of high unemployment in Spain, especially among young people under 25, one of our main responsibilities as educators is to apply measures that allows us to implement new opportunities for employment, while the structural reforms that have been carried out start giving results.
Not so long ago, our students considered as a novelty the search for new challenges. Nowadays it has become essential to have new opportunities to enter into the labour market, sometimes outside our country and sometimes it represents the way to gain experience that can be later developed in Spain.
We shall be information transmitters and education connectors, making known job offers and stressing the existence of job vacancies in other countries.
Besides, we consider that is crucial to foster among our students a coherent sense of competitiveness, as we understand that this will give them access to global markets.
We are convinced that the basic pillar for competitiveness is the improvement of the training quality of our young people. In order to reach this aim, we think that these projects are also to be used in order to guarantee that all kind of students, including those with less opportunities, have access to this type of experiences and open themselves to mobility within the European Area. This would be our main goal.
By means of this project, 20 students of years 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, between eighteen and twenty five years old, of the following courses: Administration Management, Nursery and Care Assistance, Pharmacy and Parapharmacy, will complete a training period of six weeks either in Italy, Portugal, Greece and Cyprus.
Activities to develop: A study of the needs of our students and submission of a proposal; get in contact with partners that meet the training requirements of the participants; give information to potential participants, selection, motivation and preparation of participants ( language course and cultural course to be given before departure) design of a training itinerary, preparation of all needed documentation, preparation of the internships. Departure to the destiny countries- trainings in companies. Follow up and evaluation throughout the training period and at the end of it. Validation of the acquired competences and/or title completion and of the Europass. The program will be held from October to December (2014-2015) and from March to April (2015 y 2016).
Expected results and outcomes for the Participants:
- Achieving a more complete personal profile, as long as it will provide the knowledge of a foreign language, which is of great importance when entering in the labour market.
- Open up a wide range of possibilities for employment, while knowing social and labourmarket realities other than the Spanish ones.
- In their first contact with the labour market these participants will use new technologies and applications different than those offered by Spanish companies.
- To complete a first job experience within the European frame. This experience will enrich the participants at a personal, social and professional levels.

From our School, we could raise the quality and foster the number of motilities within Europe of those participants in initial vocational education, so that it will increase the number of trainings in companies that offer high quality internships.
