Mobilités stagiaires de la formation professionnelle de l'enseignement agricole départements 82 81 31
Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The partnership between CFPPA (agricultural training center for adults) of Toulouse Auzeville and of Moissac and Albi has proven their worth in the context of three Leonardo Da Vinci PMT programs and the first program Erasmus + Key Action 1: use of all mobility activities allocated and satisfaction of participants and partners. These three institutions want to carry on this partnership in order to offer their interns a foreign vocational training. This is quite rare for this kind of professional experience and it will promote their employability. The three institutions also wish to continute to expand their mobility opportunities for their staff in order to develop the “mobility culture” within their centers. PARTICIPANTS: There are three participants’ categories: • Interns who have a degree course: they are vocational trainers. They follow courses in agriculture, trade, landscaping, floristry, food-processing or biotechnology. The European mobility project enables them to improve their professional skills while consolidating their professional project. • Interns who are undergoing a vocational training to work on their professional project: usually, they have some handicaps which slow down their return on the job market. For them, an abroad internship contributes to their personal development and creates a positive attitude for job research. In their training context, these interns will take part in the group’s mobility project. Individual mobility activities will be offered to classes for whom no group mobility project is planned. We are asking for 22 interns’ mobility activities for this program. • The third category is the staff. We are asking for six staff mobility activities for this program in order to develop their professional skills, particularly for European project management skill. PROGRAM OBJECTIVES: The aim is to support our interns in a first foreign professional experience, away from their surrounding environment. This mobility activity will enable them to discover new professional practices and new professional environments and also to experience unfamiliar professional situations. • For interns who are undergoing a degree course, this mobility activity stimulates the job research through the creation of an address book which enables them to develop a professional network, very useful to find a job. • For interns with social difficulties, the mobility activity will enable a personal work and facilitate the development of self-confidence. For training centers which participate in the program and for the staff participants, the objectives are: • Strengthen our international project management skills • Give an international dimension to our training courses (attractiveness for audiences) and for our training centers (external image). ACTIVITIES DESCRIPTION: Interns and staff will benefit from a mobility preparation which will be organized differently depending on the mobility project: group or individual. In all cases, this mobility preparation will focus on: administrative requirements, relationship between cultures, country language and optimization of the internship period. The mobility coordinator will act as a link between the host organization and the intermediate organization, if necessary. He will be a key resource for the participant throughout the mobility activity and a preferential contact person for the supervisor of the host company. PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY: The three partners’ roles and responsibilities in the implementation of this project are established within the framework of a co-contracting agreement. Moreover, an Erasmus Plus steering committee meets on a regular basis to follow up the project management. FORECASTED RESULTS AND IMPACTS / LONG TERM BENEFITS: The main expected results are the overall satisfaction of all stakeholders: an efficient organization, the development of European partner’s network, but also the participants’ personal and professional development. The long term benefit is mainly that “mobility culture” takes root into each training center, shared by the staff. Thus, mobility activity, as a part of our training courses, will be strength for our interns’ recruitment. It will also be a part of formation and development tool through the results shared to our partners.
