We propose prority the mobility to the young people of Vocational high school diploma in conduct(driving) and management of an equestrian company in sixth year of high school (60 students) and to our professionals (employees, internship supervisors or members of the board) : 4 volunteered. Since 2002 we lead actions of mobility and since 628 young people left every confused program (leonardo, comenius, French-German). Among these young people around thirty adults. An additional impulse was given to the teaching staff through the coménius. And today with Erasmus +, our will is to commit the professionals, the internship supervisors in this device. The mobility of the young people in our establishment be an integral part of their training and is registered in the project of establishment. These last years, let us note that 99 % of the young people apply. Those who do not make it , it is only for medical reasons. Over the years we enriched our partnership of host companies and also joined the workgroup " European mobility " of the regional federation of the Rural Family Houses of Champagne of Lorraine. The coordinator of our school trained(formed) an assistant and is the project leader(representative) of the FRMFR Champagne of Lorraine and committed(hired) since her taking office 13 MFR in the European mobility. Project grouped for which we mutualized the numerous created tools and our internship supervisors of welcome(reception) abroad. We improved the organization of the preparation at first. A special room "Europe" was installed with all the tools at arrangement of the candidates at first (Internship report, description of places, administrative files (cases) and financiers, library(bookcase), computing etc.). Given the success with young people, we propose for 3 years now, two flows per year, and sometimes even a third. It is March and June / July. The recovery by August in our institution. We are also continuing reciprocity formally (Franco- German engagement in Action 2 partnerships) as well as informally with home vocational trainees who wish to do an internship in France (most of the time they are contacts established through our host foreign companies). These people will help prepare young people leave. We place particular emphasis on the preparation even if it is not funded in the same way as young conduct a mobility of 3.5 weeks. You should know that our young people make their schooling alternately and are present in school 18 weeks a year. Our audience, from rural , often reluctant to mobility , for others from a difficult family context ( home or host family ), and finally some dropouts who pedagogy of alternation of MFR last chance to lead a professional project , need to be prepared for both an open mind but also to the knowledge of the other . Measurable impacts through post- mobility survey we conducted last year, we were able to identify some positive points on the maturity openness, the importance of language and personal enrichment. Through testimony and comments on social ties we could measure these experiences abroad had a positive influence on their confrontation with the reality of the profession at European level. Employability has been strengthened. Former students (former candidates for mobility) are now working abroad. Lorraine is located in the heart of Europe, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and Luxembourg are not far away but it's necessary go further : Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Italy, Sweden, Finland and Latvia. This confidence also allowed one of them to settle in as a professional (farrier). The language part was often seen as a real brake whatsoever from the point of view of young people but also checks for professionals. Through their European course, they realized the importance of language learning and language courses a new dynamic is installed. Another impact, further studies with a project tracking studies in a foreign country. Our youth also respond today to requests easier summer jobs abroad.Expected impact: the mobility of youth graduates
For all these reasons, our commitment to expand and continue our commitment to mobility for all young people and professionals each year we enhance our partnership and do enjoy the network of MFR Lorraine Champagne, participating in meetings with the regional council. Our coordinator is also the developer of European mobility a2e2f Agency and respond to different stresses (sve etc...) We will continue in this direction.
