The sending organization, ENCIA vocationnal high school has an euro section from the first to the final year of high school. In 2014/2015, the euro section of final year of high school will count 10 pupils who will effect their last internship in Dublin. The internship in Dublin is the outcome of a work of three years of implication of the pupils and the teaching staff. Besides this mobility is essential within the framework of the euro mention in the high school diploma. ENCIA takes personally care with finding the places of internship and so avoids passing by an intermediary. It reduces considerably the budget mobility and allow further expenses such as cultural activities. The internship companies network in Dublin has strengthened over the years of European projects. Host companies, IRISH cancer SOCIETY, OXFAM, GORTA, ENABLE IRELAND, are charities which manage a network of stores. Profits are put back in various causes : fight against cancer, against poverty at national or international level, against world hunger..... Stores collect various items such as clothes and accessories in excellent state, books and objects of decoration, put down free of charge by donors. Every store includes 2 employees, a manager and an assistant manager, and several volunteers. The clients benefit from almost new products at very cheap price. The person in charge of the welcome of our pupils is the manager of the store. The main missions are collecting goods, sorting them out, labeling, on shelf putting, customer advice) and doing the till. The intermediate organism, INTERNATIONAL HOUSE Dublin is a linguistic and cultural center for young students from the whole world. It proposes English courses, social and cultural activity, accomodation in host family. IH Dublin's custom-made service consists of cultural activities with two days of excursions by bus, two visits of museum, on the weekend, and in free activities of team sport, social meetings with the other students, of evenings, and visits of the city. It proposes linguistic or professionnal activities by level with other young foreigners and a diploma at the end of the session. It also supplies us with the accommodation in families with a very rigorous selection of host families located in the same district.
