We are a secondary school situated in Saint Ouen. We have a professionnal sector which prepare pupils for the vocational high school diploma specialised in Management and Administration. This diploma prepares administrative employees who will work in small and medium-sized companies. Their mission is to realize activities in different fields like : management, sales, staff management, production and projects. This training diploma includes 22 weeks of work placement in companies that we share out in the 3 levels of the training. The pupils from this vocational high school diploma live in a socially deprived environment. They start the training courses with an handicap, it is not like pupils coming from general classes. They do not have an european culture and opening. The families can not pay intensive courses of language or journeys for their children. Our secondary school proposes an european section to pupils preparing the vocational high school diploma. This european section offers two additional hours a week. During this two hours course, pupils communicate in english and learn an european culture. They develop an european opening and citizenship. A professional mobility in Europe strengthen the european section and allow advantages like : improvement of the english level, an additional contribution to the participant CV, obtaining of the mention "section européenne" in the diploma by passing an examination called "épreuve spécifique". The professional mobility allows the participants to obtain the Europass which is recognized by recruiters in interviews. We would like to propose this mobility project for 15 pupils registered in the european section. Our project is a professional mobility in an company during 4 weeks. We chose the company Paragon Europe located in Malta. Paragon offers work placements in maltese companies, a regular monitoring during the work placement and closed relations.
