The Order of Nurses and Midwives from Romania, Iasi Branch is at the beginning of a new phase of total independence and responsibility as a consequence of obtaining the legal personality by the approval of the law 278/2015 in November. New rights and responsibilities involve a team more prepared, more efficient, a more competitive management, enhanced capability of representation and promotion in front of the members and the community, improved communication and relationship skills. Therefore, the organization needs high quality know how and topical knowledge to cover the deficit where appropriate, organizational best practices, innovation and creativity.The project objectives are: improving managerial and leadership skills of the County Council Bureau members of the organization by the participation of the 5 members to management and leadership courses, harmonization of communication, accessibility of information and streamline of the organization promotion among its members, partners , community by enhancing communication skills and marketing management for at least 3 staff members until December 2017 and increasing the chances to submit eligible European projects and address the needs of consultancy and training in entrepreneurship through the accumulation by four employees of international recent competencies in these topics.The project activities consist in starting the formalities of planning and organization, preparation activities, the 12 mobilities as it follows: 2 participations to the course ``EU Project Design and Management`` in the period 23-29.10.20165, organized by Project Consult, in Sicilia, Italy, a participation at the course ``Social Media Tools in Marketing Management`, organized by Project Consult, in the period 13-19.03.2017,also in Sicilia, Italy, 5 participations at the course ``Discover the Leader in You``, organized by IDevelop, at Krakow, Poland in the period 3 - 7.04.2017, 2 participations at the course ``Teaching Entrepreneurship in Schools: Experiential approach``, organized by Skupina Primera, at Ljubljana, Slovenia 2 other participations at the course ``Developing Effective Communication Skills``, organized also by Skupina Primera, at Ljubljana, in the period 09. 07. 2017 - 15. 07.The dissemination activities will target approximately 3,000 people and will consist of writing and posting press releases and articles on the website of the organization and in its quarterly magazine, Infonursing, a presentation at the county annual conference of nurses and midwives Iasi, a seminar to disseminate the mobilities, sending information about the project to the representatives of the 41 branches of OAMGMAMR and to the representatives of the national organization and to representatives of collaborating organizations and institutions, to Iasi City Hall through the annual report and to the Prefecture Iasi and to NGO Commission Iasi. The project monitoring will be held constantly throughout the project, and the evaluation will be conducted in three stages: during the preparation, dissemination and mobility and will be made, in particular by applying questionnaires.The results of the project consist in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies of writing and implementing projects with European financing, of management and leadership, of effective communication and conflict resolution, of entrepreneurship and use of techniques and tools for organizational promotion and marketing.The project impact will be reflected in increased organizational capacity, a more performent management and representation, in increasing the quality of services provided, a better communication with members and partners and better visibility of the organization locally, nationally and internationally.
