Mobilitás Európán keresztül 6
Date du début: 1 déc. 2014, Date de fin: 30 nov. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Our mobility certificate number LdV-HU-09-IVT-1031 is proved valid in 2014. In the new Erasmus + KA1 mobility program we tried to improve our certificate adequate to the spirit and recommendations of the new program. When we wrote the new mobility project our main points were the following: we wanted to work with our former partners and to find new partners, where we know that our students get high-level education and professional know-how. Among our partners there are two old (Slovenia, Germany) and two new partners (Finland, Malta). One of the new partners is new only in our project because we have students form Finland this year. Because of the changes in the vocational school system we had to change our aims. In the 3-year-vocational system students are too young, and they do not have the language knowledge, so from this year we decided to send students after the school-leaving exam in this program, who learn profession. We decided to increase the number of car mechanic and car electronic students because of the high number of applicants every year. On the other hand we have building construction technician students, who can take part in this program, too. After choosing the project-team, the participators and the teachers, who go with them, are selected after strict view-points. All applicants have to take part in a psychological and language test. After choosing them they take part in psychological, professional language and cultural courses, preparation. Not only have the students had to take part in the courses but also the teachers who travel with them. An important part of the project is the schedule and the program. We have to make them out and to comply with the partners, which is the task of the international coordinator, the professional coordinator and the headmasters. After the reconcilements the students can travel abroad. In 2015 there are the following plans for the 4-week workshops for our students: - in the German Salo+Partner Berufliche GmbH 4 car mechanics and 2 building construction technicians (technical school, class 13) can spend 4 weeks at workplaces, in garages. (instead of Denmark, because they couldn't accept us) - in the Finnish Hyria Koulutus Oy, Hyvinkää 4 car mechanics (technical school, class 13) can spend 4 weeks at workplaces, in garages. - in (Training to Malta (instead of Malta Vocational Centre) 3 car mechanics and 1 construction building technician (technical school, class 13) can spend 4 weeks at workplaces, in garages. - in Slovinian Srednja Poklicna in Strokovna Šola Bežigrad, Ljubljana 6 car mechanics (technical school, class 13) can spend 4 weeks at workplaces, in garages. According to the experience of the previous years the possibility of high-level professional skills is provided for 20 beneficiaries. Our aim is to popularize Erasmus + KA1 vocational school mobility program among our professional teachers and to work out a student- teacher exchange program with the partners in the following years and to create a system where our teachers and students can speak about their experience, can give some advice. We stand for long-run partnerships, which we want to extend to other international projects. If the teachers can change their thoughts and experience with other colleagues it can improve the education system and it gives a chance to have a more unitary and transversable vocational system, in which the students can take some modules abroad during the professional skills. We want to show our students which possibilities they have if they want to work abroad. As we have a lot of underprivileged and poor students this program means a special opportunity for them, they have no other chance to go and work abroad. That’s why the exact schedule is very important and on the other hand they know new technologies and modern gadgets, so they can expand their knowledge. They can expand their professional language knowledge, too. The student’s professional language improvement will be evaluated by the coordinator in the school and in his/her own school, too according to certain view-points. The international coordinator can recommend the mark 5 in professional language if his/her results are good. In this way our students can be motivated. The accurate preparation of the main parts in the project is the most important, whose part is the accurate selection of the project team with the help of psychological and language tests and a personal interview. If this phrase is planned well, during the journey there will be no problem. By feedback the diaries, reports and blogs are very important which were made by students and teachers. After travelling home conferences are held where the participants can share their experience with other students, teachers and schools. Our aim is to popularize the program among the member schools, because we hope that we can co-operate in the future.
