The objective of this project is to be provided through exchanges the participants new professional perspectives and practical work experience in an international context, to enable cross-cultural insights to strengthen intercultural competence and cooperation in a different cultural and linguistic environment and also the self-confidence of the participants and to increase participants. As part of each 2-week company internship occupation to be learned in France the craftsmen and artisans had the opportunity to gain international experience to look beyond the boundaries of the "plate edge" to learn the language and get to know the needs of the market abroad. A total of 2 exchanges were carried out successfully in the years 2014 and 2015 with our partner chamber in Angers. Organization and implementation went well and the cooperation with the French organization was cooperative and good. It was attended by a total of 23 trainees from the food and timber trades that have been cared for by various escorts. Each 1 accompanying person in charge of the participants during the entire stay, more escorts supported during individual days at the beginning and end of the stay. In addition to the practical training, the trainees learned the workshops of the partners Chamber know. The trainees were abroad to meet new techniques that were you so far as not yet known. The promotion of self-employment has been strengthened. The new tasks in a foreign country and the cooperation in running the language skills could be extended. The feedback from our trainees were very positive, there were prejudices against the target country are dismantled and new approaches to be adapted in certain tasks by the trainees. Through the issuance of Euro pass mobility of trainees abroad were certified. The acquired skills and knowledge acquired during their stay abroad, will be apparent from this Euro pass mobility, which is given to each trainee or each participating trainees. In the long term, participants will have the benefit of being able to apply their acquired professional skills and to launch their personal and character development in all walks of life. The long term goal of the cooperation with the organization in France is to intensify cooperation on the project in the medium term and to expand under a comprehensive mobility program. Also, increased opening for people with low opportunities and people with disabilities should be made in the future.
