During their apprenticeship, the trainees usually don`t have the opportunity to develop both professionally an personally in a european context and to gain important experience in this area. Target group: IVT trainees in the dual system Objectives and expected results: • intensification of already acquired knowledge • Development of Contacts in the European context • Advancement of the linguistic competence (level A2) • Advancement of the personal competence by the fact that the trainee has "mastered" a professional stay of several weeks abroad what contributes to an increase of the self-confidence.
