Unemployment among young people is becoming a central problem of society. Many young people experiencing difficulties in starting a first job, be discouraged and often cease chosen profession at the expense of any work. The lack of alternative for development, and the minimum salary, often forcing most young people to migrate to larger cities in search of opportunities for professional development. The idea of the proposal "Young Entrepreneurs" is to help young people from Bulgaria and Greece to learn about the different opportunities that are enhancing their skills and encourage them to pursue their own business concept. The main objective of the project is to stimulate creativity and entrepreneurship of the participants and to motivate them to be more active in their professional development, which will make them more competitive in the labor market. The specific objectives of the project are aimed at: • Work with young participants to raise their self-esteem of knowledgeable and skilled individuals able to realize their ideas and projects; • Encouraging young people to become actively involved in various forms of informal learning through which to acquire or enhance their qualifications; • Raising awareness about the various programs through which they can receive professional training, apprenticeships or to start their own business. The working methods, which we will use for the project include informational presentations and many meetings, discussions, trainings and workshops, through which young people will gain the necessary confidence to build on young professionals. Participation in the exchange will take young people from Bulgaria and Greece that within 13 days will work together on the identified issues and will seek a solution to tackle the negative phenomena of youth unemployment. In the process, young people will have the opportunity not only to get to know and learn to be more - solidarity and tolerant of their peers, but also to show respect and understanding between young people from different countries. Through the implementation of the project will work to promote social inclusion of young people through their active role and involvement in the labor market.
