Our school has not been involved in mobility projects so far. However, we are aware of the fact, that foreign work placements can bring objective advantages into the development of participants and our educational process. Our aim is to implement this project in 2015-2016 and realize professional work placement for 18 students from 3 professional areas: 3 students /catering/ travelling to Austria, Wien, ACCOR hotels 5 students /business administration and business workers/ travelling to Austria, Wien, Austraining 5 students /catering/ travelling to the UK, Portsmouth, IBD Partnership, which will find proper workplaces for them 5 students /business administration and business workers/ travelling to UK, Portsmouth. 3 of them will work for IBD Partnership and 2 of them will have different companies as workplaces. The period of the work placement is 3 weeks for each destination. The expected educational outcomes will be described in ECVET documents, Memorandum of Undersanding and ECVET Learnerning Agreement. The project's impact on participants: increased and developed professional knowledge and competences in the different professional areas: as for catering - preparation of different meals, serving food, laying the tables, preparation of national specialities as for business administration and business workers - administration, work with forms, correspondance, invoicing, marketing elements The fulfillment of project aims will be evaluated by an evaluationg team and their findings will be summarized by the project coordinator.
