Project Young farmers in Europe will ensure the performance of quality professional practice at institutions abroad.For secondary vocational school is an important to link theoretical expertise with the practice. Realization of activities and the gaining skills with foreign partners means not only theoretical expertise but also gaining social skills of pupils and teachers, which today is very important.Agriculture is a specific field linked to weather conditions and for students it is important to get information on management in various climatic conditions and be able to compare them with our domestic.This also applies to the selection of appropriate crops and animals in enterprises in order to ensure cost-effectiveness.Within the start of the new programming period 2014 -2020, on agriculture it is put high emphasis in ensuring local food and all of these skills will be available to students during internships in Rakovník, Opava and Preveza in Greece.Students are interested in gaining and complementing experiences that are important for practice, but the family budgets of the majority of them do not allow them separate departure. The working groups made up of seven students - a total of 21 and teachers.The training activity off staff will ensure the expansion and transfer of experience and expertise from farms practice of students in the educational process of the school, so that this information has been used comprehensively for all students, schools and vocational training centers.The main goal of the project is to get quality skills in the practical implementation of agricultural practices to companies that are working in agriculture and manage different parts of the production.The specific objective is to bring students to independence in work on farms and awareness of responsibility for their work and its outcome. This is very closely related to the quality of work and the importance for the enterprise - to a financial assessment for great profit.Another specific objective is to acquire managerial and organizational skills of pupils in the conditions of functioning enterprises.Understanding the proper organization of work and scheduling of business, taking into account the risks, which is very important in agriculture.The specific objective of the acquisition of teacher´s competences will be innovative teaching methods and links with teaching practice. The transfer of acquired practices into teaching will be benefit for all other students who do not participate in this internship.The subsequent possibility is to create better future promotional activities for pupils from schools and higher the visibility of school to the public.All of the implemented activities during traineeships will fulfill conditions of ECVET, which ensures awareness of the whole work progress and results for participants and then to school in the application of methods for educational programs.The result of each batch separately there will be processed logs of practices that will have created a template for a comprehensive submission of information on practice locations and acquired skills.Photo documentation and video documentation will be used for teaching and promotion in school activities and school presentations.All international activities with their outputs and results have a lasting character and are increasing credit of schools and are presented with all partners in Slovakia and abroad.
