National project of structured dialogue with will establish space, possibility and support for young people from all over Slovenia to actively participate in discussion on topics of forth cycle of structure dialogue on theme youth empoveremnt. We wish to enable young people to become more included in decision-making processes and to give them the opportunity to express their views and thereby develop measures to support policy decisions with which they can later more easily identify and find them legitimate. At the same time, through consultations with young people, we identify their real needs in different environments. Through a structured approach to developing solutions to the issues that concern young people, we strengthen constructive communication between young people and the wider public, especially with decision-makers. MSS as an umbrella organization has in the field of structured dialogue a lot of skills and capacities and knowledge should offer to support youth organizations. MSS has to encourage youth organizations to start using method of structure dialogue in their daily work and in communication with decision makers. On the other hand, the national youth council has to become more active in the field of advocacy to ensure that the initiatives and measures taken by young people from different enviroments and which are designed in the process of structured dialogue have implemented more effectively. This is also a priority issue at the European level and challenge in most European countries, which have long involved in the field of SD . To this end, we want to develop the existing on-line platform to the extent that the measures and initiatives come to the right decision makers and that decision makers put feedback to the young people.In project we will use a modul training that was already establish within the scope of last project called Sproži govor(ice)! and organize training for youth workers and youth representatives and others. Participants will get familiar with the method of structured dialogue, both in theory and in practice , to be able to provide knowledge of tje training to other young people and decision makers. Accompanying activities will be consultations with young people in schools , which is already common practice of MSS and has shown as to be very effective one. Irrespective of the topics the work methods at all activuities will be the same. With consultations we will obtain the opinion of young people and get the legitimacy to adress decision makers with measure , which are relevant for young people in various environments relevant.Final act of the project will be a pilot project , which will be implemented in some local enviroment where dialouge with young people and decision-makers is not established yet. In cooperation with youth organizations, youth, descision maker and experties we will conduct monitoring of the process of structured dialouge. At the end we will organize consultations with all relevant stakeholders and present results of the project. Over 400 young people will be included in the project.
