Project "MLAD IN ZAPOSLJIV" ("YOUNG AND SELF-EMPLOYABLE") was organized by scout organization "Rod zelena Rogla Zreče",together with partners from Croatia,Romania and Czech Republic. 8 young participants and one leader from each country. The project took place in two separate operations and interim domestic work. With project,we show to the young participants posibillity of self-employment. With workshops and practical activities,we taught them new skills and knowledge and give them new ideas for new self-employments. Also,we wanted to show them more options for a develpoment of additional activities at the farms and other local environments. With new experiences and knowledge,they will build up their confidence and improve their educational and employment opportunities. Mostly young participantss from socially disadvantaged families with less opportunitties, came to the project. On the project, participants also met a lot of sports activities and activities in nature. We showed them the usefulness of active spending of free time. They were building up their communication skills in foreign languages,met new different coltures and learn to accept diversity.
