Mix the Voices of Europe
Date du début: 1 août 2016, Date de fin: 31 mai 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The youth exchange “Mix the Voices of Europe” will be organized in frames of action 1 Mobility of Education from "Erasmus +" Programme in which 41 people (with 6 leaders) from 5 countries (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy, Turkey) will take part. The project was created for active people interested in music. The main aim of the project is to awake the inner creativity and the ability to manage intercultural conflicts. The specific objective of this exchange programme is to increase the awareness about the importance of using music in our life and achieving agreement through using music. Thanks to innovation of using music as a bridge we will find solutions to cross intercultural borders between us. The methods of our work will be workshops organized by volunteers of Positive Changes Association in cooperation with project’s partners and by invited trainer. Other important aspect is to improve personal abilities by exploring the synchronic singing technique mixed with beatboxing. We would like to focus on singing beyond the words making a show where the only sounds come from the human voice. We want to increase our mind-body connection and learn how to achieve self-mastery. Synchronic singing is a metaphor of dialogue beyond the words where the international choir shows the power and the importance of each voice. We will work in small, mixed groups, and afterwards, the effects of work will be talked over together. We will also work altogether so that they will be prepared to give an accurate portrayal of Europe in an international musical show. The effect of the project will be promotion of finding international understanding by giving a common concert and also increase in personal abilities and possibilities of each participant by increasing awareness about international borders, finding mind-body connection and achieving self-mastery through synchronic singing method.
