In view of Mons 2015 as European cultural capital, the project aims to implement structural cultural tools as a lever for the cultural and technological development of the cross-border area. To make small culturalassociations more mobile, the partners integrate them in a network with major cultural organisations.To make it work, the target groups need better access to new technologies and more cultural content is needed. In addition, the partners support contemporary and new artistic expression, encourage participatory actions for the cultural programmes and create new cultural structures.
