Background to the application are mainly the large demand for this type of expertise . This applies to both high school and our member companies. We want to offer this as we see many benefits both academically and socially in relation to such a project. Apprentices receive broader expertise in the form of the them learn and experience other teaching methods, such as those in turn can try and pass after practice. Apprentices our Fronter as training platform . Fronter is internet based and may be used even when the apprentices documenting the practice abroad. We will try to provide training in Fronter for supervisors in Ireland , so they can provide feedback and comments on Fronter. In this way we will have an overview of activities taking place in education in Ireland. Expected impact of the project is recruiting more and less dropout . As an organization , we expect that this will be part of our reputation . The potential long-term benefits of the project is to contribute to the social contract are met. Long-term benefits , we aim to prove by trainees as future job seekers in the form of additional skills they have acquired .
