The background of the project is the implementation of a further conceptual block in the area of inclusion and the development of educational work in the field of language, mathematics and social interaction . The educational specialist and deputy head of the daycare center should be able to make experience and learn these areas in her four-week job-shadowing . The staff member should come in the daily work with the children in the Swedish preschool and through weekly reflection meetings with the leadership in the exchange. The essence of this experience is the background for the implementation of new pedagogical ways of working into our own work. It will be the associated presentation of new experiences and their backgrounds to the colleague and in other facilities in the carrier network. The experience should also feed into the review of the overall concept and the new guide of Inclusion.
