The Ecological School camp - Spohns House is an extracurricular educational center in the field of " Education for Sustainable Development " with tri-national orientation ( Germany, France, Poland ). The establishment develops the mission concepts for sustainable development (renewable energy resources, nuclear phase, mobility, food, climate, water, forests, biodiversity, consumption, clothing, etc. ) for heterogeneous target groups. These concepts are for stays of schoolchildren and young people, implemented in multilateral action in nationally mixed groups. These include inter alia, Europe Week, international workshops, German-Polish educational conferences, Ecumenical Week, fairytale projects, Christmas Project Weeks, international youth camps with language courses, international youth and student meetings.In Spohns House young people are made aware of the problems and issues of the environment and promote their creative competence. In international match Measures The European idea will be in addition to the improvement of foreign language skills promoted, created the European citizenship and awareness of cultural diversity, tolerance and acceptance of difference and dissent, thereby improving intercultural competence. All these goals are achieved through numerous projects with young people of different nationalities, religion and social systems. Our project offers young people the chance to live together in sustainable Europe.For the Erasmus + Learning mobility of individuals more than 2-3 places are available. Participants will be integrated into the team of the Ecological School camp Spohns House, which they are assisting more supportive to the side. The responsibilities of the participants are i.a. organization, planning and implementation of multinational encounter measures, supporting the environmental education department and partly administrative activities or office activities and other tasks related to the organizational process of the house.The aim is to enhance language skills and computer skills of the participants, to learn and improve autonomous work, get to know new ways of working to reinforce social skills and at the same time to collect regional studies and intercultural experiences . In addition, the ecological conscience should be sharpened, as regards " Education for Sustainable Development ".The following profile of the participants would be desirable:- at least 18years old- high motivation and readiness for integration and cooperation within an established team- willingness to work new fields of work and to familiarize themselves with foreign working processes- interest in extension of their own language skills- readiness for occasional services beyond the core working hours, for example, after 17:00 and on weekends- interest in intercultural learning- computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Search- skills for verbal and written communication- independent work- relatively stress resistant - development of initiative and ideas- interest and readiness for further education- driving license class 3Together with the sending organizations, we will examine and select the application papers of the candidates.Through the use of Erasmus + profit both the participants and the Ecological School camp - Spohns House. The mutual "sustainable" benefit encourages the European orientation of our house and represents an added value. At the same time reference is made to the program in our public relations work, which contributes to notice and hopefully to obtain the measure learning mobility of individuals.
