This project will be developed in the organization Regionaal Open Jeugdwerking Mechelen (ROJM), located in Mechelen, Belgium and will target the colaaboration with youth workers working with that entity during intervention with young people with fewer opportunities, mostly the Moroccan minority. These youngsters represent a minority in Mechelen. There will be 2 spanish participants (one of them with fewer opportunities). The activities will be varied and will be aimed at social and professional integration, acquisition of knowledge and skills and promote healthy lifestyles through physical activity. Training workshops in New Technologies, language, self-employment, music and cuisine, among others will be conducted. Sports activities, lectures and presentations on topics of inclusion will also be made. Through these activities, it is expected that both participants and target audience acquire a number of new learning, skills and insights that make them grow as individuals and improve their expectations for social participation, social relationships and employment .
