Mirmica Moving On Up
Date du début: 27 oct. 2014, Date de fin: 26 oct. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Associazione Mirmica works in the field of training and education with groups of adults, young adults and students at risk of social or psycho-social exclusion. Its methodology is mainly focused on theatre and performing arts practices, i.e. the work on body and movement, personal and fictive narratives, group dynamics, community-based performances and events. The Cemea (Centres d'Entrainement aux Méthodes d'Education Active) of PACA region, based in Marseille, have a long recognized tradition in training and education, especially in contexts at risk of social exclusion and in the field of reintegration into working-life. This project is conceived as a first step of a broader plan of development of the competences and activities of Associazione Mirmica. It has the aim of deepen the skills of the staff, as individuals and as organization, in order to improve the actual activities and paving the way for future national and international ones. The project will involve both expert trainers and trainer assistants. We have planned three mobilities: two activities of Staff Training Abroad and another of Staff Teaching Abroad. During the first two mobilities (Staff teaching) the trainers of Mirmica are invited to participate as trainers or trainer assistants in two Cemea workshops: the first will be an in-depth activity for trainers, the second a fieldwork on cultural mentoring with young adults validating their certification of children’s entertainers during the Festival of Avignon (2015). During the third mobility (Staff Teaching) Mirmica will participated in another workshop of certification of children’s entertainers, teaching “Theatre and expression”, an integrant part of Cemea curriculum for entertainers. The project will permit to develop specific and core competencies both at individual and organizational level: methodologies and techniques of active, non formal and popular education in specific contexts; key skills and cross-competencies as integration of personal curriculum; enriching the skills of association in conceiving and managing international activities and enlarging both the local both the national and international network of learners, partners, contributors.
