Our aim is to offer our restauration and cookery students, and caregivers VET students, the possibility to carry out their professional training in a country of the European Union. We have detected the necessity to improve our students' formation throughout an international and multipurpose training to make the integration into the workforce easier. Likewise, we need to get a better educational offer and to foster the European spirit in order to encourage our student body to bear in mind the importance of the worker mobility from a European basis. To achieve this, we need to promote our students' mobilities, especially when carrying out their professional training in a European Union country. That training will be, according to the professional competences, established in the curriculum of the degree. The aims are as follow: - To make our school international: by means of co-operation with the school CCI Carcassonne, and Outdoor Activity Institute,our students will carry out their professional training in Carcassonne(France) and Boyle (Ireland) - To foster their interest in learning foreign languages: the students will have to certify their language level to gain access to the mobilities. - To go deep into the French cuisine: they will be able to study and see the French cuisine “in situ”. - To deep attention to elderly people , by the students who come to Boyle, for practical work in a residence of the 3rd age. - To improve their professional qualifications: enrichment of their educational and professional experience as well as improvement of their curriculum viate. - To foster the European spirit inside the educational system: they will learn about other cultures, languages, other ways of thinking... - To develop co-operation among European schools: sending our students to a foreign country will promote co-operation links from a European basis. A multi-purpose training will be given to the students when carrying out their training in the restaurants of the town of Carcassonne. This will make their integration into the workforce easier as well as enrichen their curriculum vitae.2 students of the training cycle average degree of " Care for People Dependent " complement their traineeship , making a part of these at a clinic in the 3rd Age , they will give them additional training a LUS Studies, facilitate their personal and professional enrichment
