Date du début: 1 sept. 2016, Date de fin: 31 août 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project is part of the Erasmus program + 2016, in the key action mobility of people based learning (KA1), particularly the mobility of staff for Education. The members involved in this project are four teachers of compulsory secondary education. The profile of the participants is varied, specialised teachers of different subjects, all of them counting on extensive experience in several European programs. The ongoing activities will be developed in three phases. Before the mobility, the inter-institutional arrangements required for the teachers' mobility are made, it is a time for exchanging information among the institutions. During the mobility, the training is performed and information regarding the acquired knowledge will be collected. Once the activity is finished, the learnt knowledge will be put into practice by the participants in the classroom and given diffusion through our school's web page and the platform eTwinning where the whole process will be evaluated. The methodology followed by the Secondary School Pablo Ruiz Picasso in Erasmus + program provides us the criteria for selecting our partners, which could provide us with a breakthrough in the knowledge and learning of teachers taking part in the mobility. . Our international strategy is trying to get the best results and achieve the highest quality by selecting the participants with transparent and equitable criteria; facilitating them the preparation, practical support, contents as well as evaluating and monitoring the mobilities. The mobilities will aim to continue professional development of teachers, guidance for lifelong learning and career management, expanding thus their professional skills. We pursue the involvement of our students in the social and political life of our town, and to establish ways of collaborating with other schools as well as getting greater participation and involvement of families in the students educational process. The long-term benefits we aim to achieve, in so far as possible, are trying to solve the immigration problems in Europe in the 21th century.
