Less absenteeism, extra motivation !In the context of incredibly fast social and technological actual transformations, the key word seems to be the innovation. Sir Ken Robinson often speaks about the crucial importance of the creativity in schools. And it is already a common place in the last years to speak about a radical change of paradigm in educational sciences, in order for the school to send out of its walls people adapted to changes, ready to work with a huge amount of information that has to be sorted, filtered through a thoughtful mind. The Romanian school sets her labor in this direction. But before developing the creative programs of the future, the numbers show us a reality that does not allow the hope for better school performances -the Early school leaving, rate, the high percentages of absenteeism and school abandon especially in rural areas or in disadvantaged communities produce too often unemployed people and people socially unadapted. The first step for a quality education is having access to it. The high percentage of early school leaving in Romania, considered national priority in education and the small investment in education are the two premises of a too expensive stagnation, strongly signaled and included through the 2020 priorities of Europe, in order to decrease the early school leaving percentage under 10%.The Project of the Secondary School "Gheorghe Manu" from Budesti "Less absenteeism extra motivation" enrolls itself in this direction of reducing absenteeism, as a first step to increasing school performance.By this project, we address the need of low interactive competencies of teachers in our school, in order to oppose an attractive teaching styles and methods to challenges that most of the children face it in their families.
