The project idea appeared during an international training for NGO representatives , the organizer of which is the European network of National Minorities. "Fostering youth civic participation and involvement in decision-making process". The participants, while working in groups, have identified common problem views at the activities of their NGOs.So, the aims of our project are the following :- to discuss opportunities of civic participation and influence in decision-making process in local and regional levels of minority young people, i.e. youth from underrepresented groups or with fewer opportunities: ethnic minorities, migrants and also youth with social and economical difficulties;- to learn the government migration policy of the participating countries and to exchange your experience of cooperating with local authorities;- develop mechanisms for the involvement to the process of decision making of young people/- Exchange and to learn experience and ideas .- To make and offer good conditions for developing of new partnerships and making new projects.Youth exchange, which will bring together 28 yung people from Estonia, Latvia, Georgia and Belarus and take place in Mogilev in October 2017, involves exchange of experience, active participation and involvement of each team member. Blocks that require advance preparation will be pre-designed by group leaders. Participants will also be involved in the implementation of the exchange program, commensurate with the available knowledge and skills. In particular, conduction of intercultural evenings, energizers, informal blocks in the evening (movie-nights, etc.) will be entrusted to ordinary participants. At the same time, they can show their own initiative in the widely represented on the exchange activity of the participants during group work, brainstorming sessions, public discussions, where the role of the leaders will be limited by moderating the learning process.
