"MigrAction" project will take place in the city of Peje/Pec, in the North-Westem part of Kosovo.Writing, painting and photography will be the means to address, from different perspectives, the cultural aspects of migration processes and to analyse misunderstandings and biases that are at the base of discrimination phenomena. The intercultural dimension of the exchange will give participants the possibility to deepen the knowledge of the other and to explore, through the medium of art, ways to generate tolerant society.Our aim is to give group members the chance to acquire a better knowledge of cultural diversity in an amusing and stimulating environment. They will be encouraged to express themselves in several artistic activities and to confront and collaborate with the other participants in order to foster the mutual understanding between them.The exchange will involve seven youngsters from Kosovo, seven from Italy, seven from Albania and seven from France and it will last two weeks.The activities will consist in several workshops, debates and cultural visits using the method of non-formal education. The workshops will be a way to develop personal skills and techniques through the constant interaction among the participants and with the assistance of specialised mentors. The debates will be a way for participants to improve their social competences, their communication styles and to address in an informal and dialectical mode very actual European topics.
