Actions description: At the very beginning we are going to book a place on a course and we will gather information, so as to duly prepare for it (organizational issues, accommodation, collecting materials to use during the course, such as: the stem institution and town presentation, sharing our own methods and techniques practised during lessons). Next, we are going to establish contacts with course participants in order to exchange experience and establish further cooperation when carrying out eTwinning projects. We are planning to establish far-reaching contacts with local educational posts in the host country, which are interested in cooperation on eTwinning platform. After the mobility cessation we are going to implement the project results dissemination plan and we are also planning to commence to carry out eTwinning projects. At the outset of the school year we will organize a training meeting for the teachers of a language team, whereas during a training meeting of a Teaching Staff we will submit a report on the meeting course. Sharing new ideas and gained knowledge is a custom in our team and it allows for greater teachers creativity in their lessons. The knowledge and skills gained on the course, in the first place, we are intending to use for our employee's advancement for a qualified teacher degree and then teaching our pupils in lessons. By means of articles on the Internet, in a school and local newspaper, presenting the material and knowledge acquired on the course we are planning to bring closer the effects of our employee's participation on the course to our local community which, above all, will put emphasis on gaining more and more courage and skills in applying English in teaching. During our charges' parents meetings we are going to make them sensitive to the need of shaping self-confidence in the full confidence that the teaching of English not only does develop vocabulary and sentence structures, but also develops pupils personalities and can be a substantial stimulus building up the interests of English. I hope that we will manage to achieve this goal.
Methodology used in project realization: when the project is in progress, we will apply different forms of data collection, such as: a survey among pupils examining the influence of teaching techniques used on their motivation. In order to analyse the pupils' progress and their involvement in lessons subjects, we will make use of statistical research. We will also carry out observations, which will allow us to see the good and bad sides of the methods used and classes stages in which the pupils show interest. All the results of the research carried out are going to be analysed from the point of view of the pupils' motivation level and kind.
Anticipated results and project effects: the material effects of the project actions realization are going to constitute brochures advertising regional products (cultural buildings leaflets presenting the host country to be used in lessons), education methods and techniques documentation (brochures, training materials), multimedia presentations about schools in various countries, video materials (the culture and history of the host country). The above-mentioned materials are going to be a stimulus for pupils to learn and arouse their interests.
Potential long-term advantages: The long-term benefits will certainly constitute a qualified employee, which involves higher teaching results, the increase of motivation in pupils to learn, their achievements in subject competitions, and also maintaining international contacts with other schools so as to share experience.
