This project is the second project of internship in Europe led by Robert Abrissel School. It is named "Mettre en pratique ses connaissances professionnelles dans des structures sociales et médico-sociales en Roumanie", it aims to support 28 pupils’ studying for a professional baccalaureate in the area of services to Individuals and Territories to discover new business practices in a different cultural environment by spending two weeks in Romania or in Belgium. The mobility is planned for June 2016 in Romania or Belgium. They will do a 2 week internship in old people's homes, homes for disabled people (adults and children), schools or hospitals. These young people need to experience a different culture and mobility in order to fit more easily in the world of work and acquire the skills necessary to become a good professional. Therefore, the objectives of our project are to improve their mobility, independence and professional practice and cultural openness. This project will also allow our institution and team to revitalize our teaching by strengthening local and European partnerships and understanding of needs and practices of each. Robert Arbrissel School is located in Chemillé, in the department of Maine et Loire. It is through the General Council that the partnership with the school Mikes Kelemen in Romania was created. Schuman high school helped us meet professionals in Belgium. Thanks to our first experience Erasmus + in October 2014, we now know how to build a quality project : good relationships with our partners, the professionals we worked with, clear objectives understood by every one, an adapted preparation to meet our students' needs, a quality environment and an evaluation and communication strategy. After the evaluation of our students' intership and the evaluation of our project, we will organize a photo exhibition, a meeting wih the students and their families to give them their Euro-pass Mobility. Our long-term project would be to organize similar projects for our students studying selling and animal care.
