The Jadwiga Dziubinska Group of Schools Agricultural Education Centre in Stary Brzesc is a school with a long tradition. It has been educating and preparing young people to work in the following specializations: agriculture, veterinary, agribusiness, mechanization of agriculture and the mechanic - operator of vehicles and agricultural machines. Innovative activities, as well as highly qualified personnel, constantly improving their skills are unquestionably the advantages of our school which educates combining tradition with modernity. The need for development and strive to make language training more interesting created the idea of the project “CLIL method and modern technology a way to reinforce language competences”.In the field of teaching foreign languages we are going to use as much of modern technology as possible. We plan to get our students involved in the practical use of foreign languages by establishing international cooperation with other schools. We have already established such cooperation with an agricultural school in Spain. Another point of our plan is to integrate foreign languages training with other subjects, that is CLIL. Therefore, within two years, we are planning to carry out five educational mobilities with methodology and language courses.The project participants will be the teachers of ZSCKR in Stary Brzesc. Everyone is creative, open to change, they are aware of the role of ICT skills in the teaching process and the need of improving language skills.To meet the needs of the project participants, our activities will focus around methodology courses. For this purpose, the school team of educational mobility will be appointed. The needs and plans of the participants will be analyzed in order to select the best training. A lot of time will be spent on fulfilling tests, questionnaires and activity on e-learning platforms.Certainly, the project will improve the quality of education in our school. The teachers, through their own self-improvement will have a lot of opportunities to motivate students to greater effort towards acquiring knowledge and they will be a perfect example of the benefits of the ability to communicate in foreign languages. In addition, the project gives an opportunity to diversify teaching methods, which in turn will translate into effects of teaching. Educational mobilities will raise the prestige of the school and put it in a row of modern and constantly developing institutions.
