The project "metal sheet production technology and improvements for trainee" should enable trainees to expand their portfolio in the field production technology. At the same time the knowledge and the horizon of the participants will be broadened through a local as well as a technical working environment. Here, the focus is always put on the European idea. Moreover, positive effects will be expected concerning the development of the social, labor und technical competences of the trainees. Besides, the project is a very good preparation for the participants if you consider their future prospects as skilled workers in an international targeted business environment of the company group. The company "Zambelli" will send eight trainees of the basic training of metal workers to the subsidiary company Colorferr ktf. within three delegations. The trainees' task will be to deal with the special manufacturing technology of the host company as well as with the quality management of the roof drainage system within the planned two weeks. Furthermore, the participants should optimize chosen manufacturing stations with the help of current KVP-means. However, the participants will get a special training course with the check of learning goals for the field of manufacturing optimization there. The project's tasks will be to keep records of the activities and the publication of the daily report. The trainees will be prepared for daily situations in special language courses at their vocational school in Germany and at a Hungarian school. These measures and the previous technical instructions at Colorferr will ensure a smooth process of the placement. Furthermore, a complete monitoring can be guaranteed because of the attendants who will supervise the underage participants before, during and after the Hungarian project. Therefore, the success of the project can be ensured. For the acceptance of the learning results we focus on the Europass Mobility which orientates towards the existing structures of ECVET concerning the descriptions. Additionally, the participants will get a certificate of the company about the success of the project. Moreover, the reports will be published in relevant professional journals in order to inform the general public about the project's results.
