Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitimde Kaynaştırma Eğitiminin Etkinliğinin Arttırılması

The objective of the project is to strengthen the professional competences in the inclusive education approach and to develop pedagogical skills of the teachers working in Çerkezköy TTV VTTC, Saray VTTAHS, Silivri VTTAHS and Kemalpaşa VTTAHS. It is also aimed to enhance the quality of the support education services provided to the students with special needs by transferring the innovative and successful practices to these institutions. 35 teachers in total, 10 teachers from Çerkezköy TTV VTTC, 10 teachers from Saray VTTAHS, 10 teachers from Silivri VTTAHS and 5 teachers from Kemalpaşa VTTAHS, was participated in the project. Our participants are composed of the teachers with bachelor's degree who work as branch and guidance teachers. The activities involved in the project consist of two parts, inland and outland. A project team is organized to conduct the project, to ensure coordination between the partners and monitor the project process. The inland activities consisted of foreign language education, cultural preparation and informing about the training content abroad to improve the preparedness level of the participants. The participants is informed about the conduct of the project. The project, in which 35 participants take place, includes 7 mobility. The activities abroad is consisted of the education, site survey and social-cultural activities to improve the pedagogical competences, knowledge and experiences of the participants intended for the support education services provided to the inclusive education approach and the students with special needs and also to strengthen the personal development of the participants. The participants of the training activities which carried by Praktiska Sodertalje, Despinaker, KLPVM institutions within the mobility process ensured that the participants would gain knowledge, skill and experience and improve their pedagogical skills by observing the inclusive education approaches in EU and also the will transfer the innovative approaches to their own institutions, improve their personal development and raise the active citizenship consciousness. The gains to be obtained strengthen the human resources for the inclusive education and institutional capacities of the partner institutions. This enhanced the quality of the education they provide for the students with special needs in a sustainable way.
