Our Project aims to raise the awareness of the staff, have been trained by the Voctional Technical Education companies which provides the skilled, aware,techincal staffs required in the labor,on the labor health and safety.These skilled and well trained labor will take the necessary safety procautions and obey safety regulations during the working shifts. Our Project covers Ayşe Baldöktü Vocational Training School, Sivas Gemerek Technical and Vocational High School, Bünyan Technical and Vocational High School, Develi A.Seyrani Technical and Vocational High School and Talas Atatürk Technical and Vocational High School students between the ages of 15-18 studying ‘’IT, Electric and Electronical, Mechanical,Construction, Furniture and Interior Design’’ in total 60 participants and 3 guide teachers. Beneficiaries who are women will be given priority in determing process. According to date from ILO,about 6000 people lose their lives every day due to the accidents at work and the occupational diseases.The annual total 350.000 people die because of work accidents and 1,7 million people die because of occupational diseases. According to statistics from the social security institution in our country,in every 7 minutes there is an accident at work; in every 10,8 hours an employee dies and in every 5,5 hours an employee becomes crippled permanently incapacitated for work. According to the statistical agency of Turkey in our region,the working environment of SMEs is not suitable and job security is lack and these cause that 3,9 percent of employees have undergone an accident at work.As it can be seen,because of improper working environment;lack of job security and unconscious employers and workers about job security regional and national economy takes moral and meterial damage. As a result of all these,we have been experienced with loss of manpower and workers,having an accident,have psychological problems because of inability to work.All of them have caused the moral and meterial problems within the family,loss of manpower ;time;production...etc.In total all these problems bring serious financial burden on the national economy.Moreover,a human can die or become disabled. In the EU accession process to paralel with many instituonal developments in our country,it has consisted of a relative awareness in the area of occupational health and job security and also the importance of suitable working environment and job security have increased.Project aims to help speeding up the process. The most important needs of our region are the lack of qualified,experienced and high quality workforce. The loss of skilled workforce causes a serious loss of business and economic damage. Today competition and changes increasing in the national and international business community make necessary to learn working by living ourselves.Many businesses have troubles with creating a safe working environments which requires using today’s technology or finding experienced staff who will work in that environments.This situation causes unnecessary loss of time and resources in terms of business that operate in a competitive environment and the economy of our country. To meet all these expectations,the main purpose of our Project which we will perform with a contemporary understanding and transparent operation algorithm is: The aim of Project is to educate our participants on the job security and healty working environment.Our participants will combine the skills acquired the theorical knowledge and labaratory workshop application.So they will learn new technological developments and strenghten their knowledge via Project.With the Project,they will learn to take responsibility in business life and students will gain knowledge, skills and desired attributes.By using them they will increase their personal development.As a result of activities performed, students will gain self-learning method and skills in accordance with the philosophy of lifelong learning.At the end of the Project,students will contribute the strenghtening of labor market by transfering their knowledge and skills gained after training.Project will achieve to increase the property of responding demands of labor market. To achieve all these aims and to gain the expected results, our Project will be performed with shaped three groups in Germany Wbl GmbH institution, in Austria BS CGG institution, in Sweden Tumba Gymnasium institution between the dates of 08.05.2016/28.05.2016.
