It is necessary to raise qualified staff who is capable enough for work life and who has enough information to contribute to develop countries. Knowledge and skill of qualified staff forms the base of a good economy. Vocational training especially aims to achieve two goals; On one hand it aims to prepare a successful way for young people for their professions, on the other hand it aims to grow up qualified staff for labor market. Professional training is essential in order to develop the young people’s skills and knowledge who are the assurance of our future. It is also quite important to develop a country. In parellel with scientific and technological development, what is aimed with this project is to grow up vocational staff who is able to give respond the needs of rapidly changing world industry. To put it another way, with the knowledges and skills from vocational and technical trainings, this project aims to grow up qualified workforce who can use and develop scientific and modern methods on their field of work and who can adapt very easily to new environments at labor market. Two mobilities will be carried out within the project activities;1. The mobility about the field of Textile Technology; This mobility includes practical training (internship) programs of 16 (8+8) (plus 2 companions) students who are in grade 11th -12th and study textile technology from Seyhan Yeşilevler Vocational and Technical High School and Seyhan Sabancı Vocational and Technical High School which are members of the consortium. The practical training programs will be carried out at the school named “Vyssi odborna skola textilnich remesel a Stredni umelecka skola textilnich remesel, Praha 1, U Pujcovny 9” in Prague on 27 November 2016 –11 December 2016. Within the framework of the project, our students are going to be trained on 3D drawing on the first week. On the second week, they are going to do practice on modelling with 3D. Our students will acquire knowledge on 3D drawing on textile technology and they will come back to Turkey with this theoretic and practical knowledge. They will be able to extend their professional knowledge to the extent of European Union. They will be the pioneers to develop and expand the project both in our town and city. In a short time, they will raise awareness about training on textile in their environment. By this way, students will meet the need of a qualified staff on textile field. 2. The mobility about Food and Beverage Services It includes the internship of 8+8=16 students (10th –11th grade ) (plus 2 companions) from Seyhan Nezihe Yalvaç Vocational and Technical High School and İhsan Sabancı Vocational and Technical High School on 16-30 April 2017 at a school called "Bernáth Kálmán Református Kereskedelmi és Vendéglátóipari Szakképzö Iskola” in Budapest/Hungary. Within the framework of the project mobility, our students will have the chance to develop their professional skills and they will see the dimension of their field in a European country. They will also learn new methods on food and beverage services and so it will meet their employment opportunity. In the long term, when students begin the work life, they will get over the adaptation process easily and will have enough experience thanks to this project.
