Mesleki Eğitimde Geliştirilmiş İşbirliği Yoluyla Mesleğinde Yenilikçi Gençlerin Stajı

The project was constituted Tarsus Atatürk Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and local partners Mezitli Fatma Aliye Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and Tarsus Adile Onbaşı Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School’s students between Information Technologies, Patient an Elderly Care and Child Developments and Education fields. Total 30 students were chosen for the project. 15 Information Technologies students and a accompaning teacher through Tarsus Atatürk Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School’s potencial participant; 7 Patient an Elderly Care students and a accompaning teacher through Mezitli Fatma Aliye Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School’s potencial participants; 8 Child Development and Education students through Tarsus Adile Onbaşı Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School’s potencial participant; totally 30 participants was taken part in placement activity. 1 teacher for each group; totally 2 teacher accompanied to project participants whose ages between 16-18. Accompanying teachers that being with groups, helping their vocational and social needs and participating at monitoring activities, was choosen from vocational field teachers. Participants were choosen from 11th and 12th grade for the purpose of gaining vocational saving at their field. Participants whose mostly educated about their field and branch, had vocational skills. But participants, whose didn’t get the most important skills like effective communication with different cultures and intercultural dialogue, will not be employed at their fields. There are too many enterprises in the region where we picked our participants therefore sector inclued many operations and they don’t find qualified personnel. With our project, participants’ and sector needs were analysed and placement activities were planned with the aim of linguistic and social skills on the way of giving to participants’ practice experience and skill of intercultural dialog. Within this context, participants from Tarsus Atatürk Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School educated between 01.05.2015 and 15.05.2015 at ROC de Leijgraf in Holland ; participants Mezitli Fatma Aliye Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and Tarsus Adile Onbaşı Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School educated between 25.10.2015- 08.11.2015 at Förskolan Opalen in Sweden. Participants was attended internship activities and gained vocational qualification in this manner they will be employed at their fields.
