Date du début: 1 sept. 2015, Date de fin: 31 août 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Our participant group was composed of 48 teachers in total working in various fields or in the department of Guidance and Counselling at local partner schools which are Besti Aydeniz, Kayseri Kocasinan, Şehit Büyükelçi Galip Balkar, Artuklu Evliya Çelebi, Iğdır and Mahperi Hatun Vocational And Technical Anatolian High Schools, including Dikmen Nevzat Ayaz Technical And Industrial Vocational High School, the project owner. The reason why there is no limitation of departments in choosing the participants and guidance counselors are also included in the process is to ensure that collaborating with counselling and guidance services, all vocational teachers should take an active role in providing guidance for inclusive students to make the right career decisions (the ones who have learning disability, attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity, mild intellectual learning disability or hearing/speech handicapped students). The aim here is to provide equal opportunities and rights in choosing professions for inclusive students as in others. Short term effect of the project, when it was completed successfully, on target group and partners; Raising awareness on vocational guidance of family members and schools that play a key role in reintegrating people with disabilities into society will ensure that they supported in academic, social, individual and psychological terms. In this way, they will be mentioned by their achievements not only by their failures. And it would be easier to provide right guidance on what profession to choose focusing on their qualifications not failures. When they are given a chance and employed successfully, they will see that they are a part of social life, which would raise their self-respect and self-confidence. Long term effect of the project; The teachers involved in the project will be able to employ the techniques and methods, which they have observed in foreign schools, efficiently in their schools and share their knowledge with other educational institutions that do not participate in the project.
