As known the name 'Erasmus', Europe’s an important idea man, thought everyone should benefit from education and has made great efforts in this area. So, come to the level of today's modern Europe is one of the most important spiritual fathers. Likewise, the great philosopher Mevlana on our society has an unquestionable effect. Because of this similarity, the words constituting the name of our project, the acronym of the name of this great thinker was inspired by Mevlana. Mevlana is a symbol of peace and tolerance in our society. “Come, whoever you are” philosophy is admired by the whole world. This philosophy of EU projects abolition of xenophobia, racism and prevention as semitism, which is fully compatible with the priorities and objectives are clearly seen.
This project, in the province of Kayseri, Melikgazi District Education Directorate under the coordination of the connected to the Melikgazi District Directorate of Education from five different schools a total of 54 students in the vocational training institutions comprises practical training in Europe. The content of this project, will be in the form of practical training. Project subject area for each of the respective areas will be found suitable training institutions.
total of 54 students from different schools will participate in our project . The majority of these 54 students are socially underprivileged students. Because in the past years to the present day shows, attend vocational schools often economically and socially from the middle or lower part of the children are from low-income families. Therefore, such an opportunity will be given to vocational high school students in their future professional life, will contribute to the vision and mission.
The project's activities, daily morning and afternoon as two-part training activities will take place. In the morning, before starting the internship will be two hours of English language training. Training activities will continue throughout the entire day due to technical visits and cultural activities will be held on weekends. The project will be carried out using the method of illustration and application. All of the host institution for internship training shall appoint a master trainer.
Internship; anyone who spends any profession and it's nobody's hands-on learning period, to improve the professional knowledge of an organization is the process by which spent working in one or several parts. Candidates who have graduated, mostly by employers is not preferred because they are considered to be inexperienced. After graduating shortly after the start to gain experience for candidates who can take quite a long time. The life cycle of this difficult path, going through a successful internship. Internship as a necessity rather than a learning stage and take the first step into professional careers of students should be seen as a process. That they have taken our students for internships abroad experience, to love their profession and thus more while practicing their profession internship experience will lead to more excitement. This internship training process after they have achieved will take great pleasure in sharing their knowledge and experience. The synergy created by this motivation will continue throughout their lives. Another important detail: the increase of the competence in foreign languages and this will be in the process of lifelong learning in foreign language learning, thus students will always give great importance for learning a foreign language.
Our region and our country's vocational training in the field of qualified staff aware of the need of the students in EU countries in their respective fields, internship programs at the level of practical training, knowledge and experience in order to increase the Erasmus + program as part of multi-site training content, this project is proposed.
