Work accidents are among the most important problems of our country. Therefore, occupational health and safety must be extremely active in the vocational education. This is the main reason why we want to carry out this project. In addition, this project, to improve the content of vocational and technical education and in the context of improving the quality has set two objectives: 1- Improve the content and quality of vocational and technical education; curriculum, teachers, improving learning environments based and school administrators. Reminding the occasional safety. Bringing in the European standards in occupational safety, to managers, teachers and learning environment. 2. The social partners, schools, vocational and technical training centers promote cooperation between the private sector. Job security is the fundamental element in both giving education and working environment. This situation can be achieved with working collaboretively with educational institutions and private organizations. This project will be helpfull, in the line of this goal, especially in our district and our city then it will be helpfull for our country. In general the idea of occupational health and safety is not important and neccesary for most people in our country. Occupational safety in Europe is the first condition to work. The main aim of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is occupational health and safety in the working environment. At this point, particularly the development of occupational health and safety in the working environment in the European Union candidate countries is of utmost importance. This is where we are inspired by the European Occupational Health and Safety Agency (EU-OSHA) 's foundationing purpose. The main factor why wish to carry out our project is to raise and have the knowledge and skills of European standards, which we think help us to turn our education and working areas into safer and healtier areas. Another reason why we wish to carry out this project is to develop the capacity of educating occupational health and safety in education and working life. Making arrengements for small and mid-sized companies to take benefit and develop the attending occupational health and safety project. In our project to Germany flow 2 teachers from Furniture Interior Design, 4 teachers from Machine Technologies, 1 school administrator, to Spain flow 2 techers from Computer Technology field, , 4 teachers from Electrical and Electronic Technology, 1 school administrator will attend. Outputs of our project is not only limited to the development of safety skills. Also the participants will have chance to meet German and Spanish culture. And our participants will have chance to develop their English language knowledge. And also they will desire to learn Spanish and German languages.. With all this new skills and experience they will be mofe confident and sufficient. The execution phase of our project, will be held on four stages according to EQAVET European Quality Assurance Reference in Vocational Education Standarts. The first step is the planning. At this stage, all of the partners will plan the project together and according to plan coordinating institution will sing a contract with each partner. At the second stage of our project, which is execuating step, these contracts will be taken as our reference point and necessary precautions will be take so as not to get out of the line. In the financial plan there will not be any changes in fixed costs, there may be some changes in the variable costs. In the evaluating stage the execaution of the project and the plans of the project will be compared and according to the completion of each plan period will be reported seperately. In the 4'th stage, stage of the review,the link between the planning stages and feedback mechanisms will be investigated. In this way, in our fallowing projects same mistakes will not be done again and our self-developing school will have got better projects.
