Within our project we present as the Eskipazar District National Education Directorate, it is planned that a total of 20 people will participate from the school’s administrative staff in Eskipazar Multi-Program High School, Eskipazar Secondary School, Eskipazar Seyhan Cengiz Turhan Anatolian School, Eskipazar Şehit Cafer Demirhan İmam Hatip Secondary School and Eskipazar Üçevler Secondary School. In 4 teacher binary groups will participate in the course, which will be selected from each institution operating in Finland and the Netherlands.The guidance works in the schools are separated into two groups: educational and vocational guidance. Educational guidance helps the individuals to get to know themselves, to reach success in line with their interests and desires. And vocational guidance comprises the concepts of guidance towards a profession and choosing a profession. In our country, guidance was perceived as counseling and psychological mentoring activities, and was limited to only the school guidance services. But this kind of guidance has an understanding that is far from analyzing the students’ success and failures throughout their lives as well as their interests and capabilities. Yet the opinions of the teachers who get the opportunity to observe the students separately in each branch comprises tangible data that needs to be referenced in order to understand the professions the individuals are more inclined towards. Besides these, having the parents who know their children the best effectively involved in this process ensures a more accurate analysis of the personal properties of the individuals.When we observe the schools in Europe at this point, Vocational Counselling and Guidance Centers are seen. These centers follow the students closely throughout their educational lives, applying various personality inventory, vocational inclination tests and measurement-assessment methods and guides the individuals towards the most suitable professions when the time comes by analyzing these data with the students and their parents. But since these and other similar services are not provided in our country’s schools, our students cannot be supported in social, spiritual, individual and vocational manners, which causes these individuals to drift afar from education and prevent their transition to the next training level.EKAP project being carried out with the aim to eliminate this problem and Counseling Center will be established in every school in our district. These proposal is prepared to create this consultation centers based in Europe and to ensure the adequacy of advisors. Through our project, teachers will be selected to our school will receive 2 weeks of training in 2 different countries to get to know this system that is applied in Europe. During this period of time, the information and experiences that are obtained will be transferred to our schools and the other teachers in order to provide the infrastructure for a “ Information Center”. If our project succeeds, it will increase the service quality in our school and contribute to attaining international standards in education. At the same time, considering that each of our students who are accurately guided from a vocational perspective will continue their lives in a smoother way and will transit to next training level, it can be seen that our project also serves to the purposes of “decreasing the rate of leaving school early under 10%”.
