Reason for implementing the Project and our purpose Reasons for implementing the Project choosing the proper occupation is an important task which is going to have a big impact on The lifestyle of individuals profesional life has a direct impact on happiness Profession matched personality has a key role on success and happiness. Choosing a proper profession is one of the main ingredients in success and blissful life, studies suggest. On the other hand, wrongful choice of profession leads to failure, instability and unhappy life which is loss of work force and burden on economy. As for the employer this going to have negative impact on the company in terms of money and time. With these regards, counselling in choosing the right profession important. - Helping people to choose proper profesion mathces their skills - Putting people in the right path to lead a happy and prodictive life - Asissting profesionals to tweak their skills to make them people sought after on the market - To help people wrong choose of profesion to makesition to proper profesion - To train people for profesions that are in high demand on the market, to do that reading the projects at hand is important - İn the long run it is paramount to create jobs satisfaction and this line in unemployment - Taking initiatives to creats awareness in choosing proper job, right counselling - Holding seminars for guidans teachers picking good examples as to how important is a proper counseling - Educating employer to help them choose proper individuals and guide them to creat jobs - To create mediums for participants to meet different cultures and expand their work language ---- Guidance, career planing, employment, picking the right job, is going to help us fight unemployment and increase productivity in the city. A team of 32 staff who can contribute the achievement of the project is created; which includes researchers, experts, business and professional consultants, data preparation and control operators and statisticians. Education levels of the participants are indicated to be bachelor’s degree and upper. Participants are responsible for implementing their acquired knowledge and skills at the end of the project and share them with the other staff working in our institution. Educational ranks of participants is master of sciense and upper levels. Participants are responsible to update personal within our branch. Participants are responsible to update their coworkers at the same time. Project has three stages PRELIMINARY STAGE APPLICATION STAGE DISSEMINATION STAGE EXPECTED OUTCOME: Although participants are well educated and expert in their fields , it is a must to update yourself in order to compete on the global market. To achieve this goals it is useful to observe successful examples in different countries. To disseminate experience and knowledge gained by participants were are going to share information on our internet site and 3i Magazine which is published every 3 months. - Participants are going to meet different cultures and home thier team work spirit. - Participants gonna have change to learn a foreign language. MULTIPLIER EFFECT: İncreasing skills of staff is going to result in better guidance and result choosing the right job. That guidance well create a productive work and decrease unemployment.
