One of the most prominent features of the century we are living is that it is the scene to rapid and continuous process of change. Changing technological, social, economic and political structures change not only our way of life and our standards to a certain extent, but also have brought a case to case complex the choice of profession that determines our life line. Because choosing the right profession may have a positive or negative impact on society and individuals’ life in many dimensions from individuals’ mental health to their status in the community, vocational guidance work in terms of profession in education and choosing profession have become one of the most important dimensions of our education system. In our country, students educating in the institutions of secondary education choose courses in the field only at the end of grade 10th and determine their profession and higher education they will choose in future. Our students usually make choice of fields, depending on such factors as parents, peer influence, judgments given without self-recognition enough. Since most of our students have to study in a field where they don’t have the ability, they fail and this situation leads some our students leave school. According to Turkish Statistical Institute data, it is considered that out of every 100 students graduating from college, only 35 works in a job in their own fields. This indicates us which sizes of vocational guidance is in schools. In addition, as vocational training is not given due attention and guidance is insufficient, the fact that most young people make their preferences more on behalf of general education and higher education and our young people who can not enter the university start work without having any qualifications reduces business efficiency. On taken into consideration that this rate in our country has just increased to 50% s, while the rate of vocational high school students in Europe is 70% on average. It emerges that vocational guidance in our country is not done with sufficient and accurate methods. We think that this case could lead to not growing apprentice and employ r in educational and vocational guidance, as a result,we plan to work on bringing innovation to our education system. Our counselors will learn how to watch a way while counseling career abroad and what effective coaching practices are. It will be required to answer the question how it can be applied in Turkey, by learning what the tests used in vocational guidance in EU countries are. We aim to enable all the acquisitions which our administrators and our teachers of guidance have gained by examining on the premises new methods applied in vocational guide work in secondary school to be transferred into our education system, the realization of information sharing with our colleagues in Europe, turning our organization into a center which is in the position of guidance and consultant in students' future career choices and bringing up specialized people in their careers who will be harmony with the EU workforce and play an important role in the development of our country. By examining on the premises vocational guidance that Host partners have made in their own country, we expect to transfer more effective, qualified, methods into our school, reaching European standards in our educational management. Our methods in which we will use in the scope of these searches;include related seminars, the meetings that we will make with our recipient partners about whom issues about our needs will be discussed and talked and monitoring of educational and vocational guidance work and counseling services. As a result of our work, by promoting the Turkish educational system to European standards; we plan to prevent youth unemployment, the problems in career planning,We will also bring up the individuals who make choices in line with interest, abilities and traits of personality, enabling them to be successful in the fields in which they have talent, and as a result, direct these people into our business fields in the framework of a system integrated with the EU workforce. We anticipate that the gains we will obtain after the mobility will play an important role in the development of our country.
